We've been doing this for decades!! So we've heard all the questions there is...
Do I have to have previous martial art's experience?
Absolutely not!! We LOVE when we have first-timers in our class, and our instructors are great at helping you learn the material
What should I wear? I don't have a uniform!
We prefer you come to the first class in something comfortable, like sweatpants or shirts, and a t-shirt! We don't wear shoes or socks on the mats so you don't have to worry about that! :)
How many times can I come to class?
We have an awesome schedule that allows for flexibility, we offer classes 5 days a week (including Saturday Mornings) and request that you attend a minimum of 2.... if you're up to it, you can take as many as you want!
This all sounds great...but what's the catch?
Ha! There is no catch, you can literally try any of our martial art's programs for FREE for the entire month of March! We do have a special membership pricing available with a great discount to go with it! Plus a couple bonuses, but we can get to that later. No commitment necessary!
